Webman offers a simple "off the shelf" package which can be quickly and easily put into place with your own logo and colours to match your corporate look and feel. Should your requirements exceed the standard webman, fully bespoke bolt-ons and features can be discussed, quoted and implemented.
The system comprises 19 separate client pages which can be tailored to different requirements. The back office code allows switch owners and agents to generate new business opportunities for both pre and post-paid residential or business accounts.
The basic package has all the functionality of the web account system and includes the ability for Company Logos and Corporate Colours to be fully integrated.
The Home Page:
Main features:
- Current Balance
- The usage this month calculated from the 1st of each month
- The last date the account was used
- Click the Top-up button to add credit to their account
- See their registered numbers and there status
- Update button allowing them to modify details
The Statements Page:
- Instant access to calls on the statements page
- View the last 3 months of calls made on the account
The Rates Page:
Allows clients to view the latest call rates.
Rates are displayed from a .csv file the agent can upload at any time
There is text at the top and bottom allowing the agent to amend details quickly.
The Registered Numbers Page:
Clients can Add, Suspend, Activate, Edit and Remove registered numbers on their account. A number can only be registered once on a partition. If you are providing Free Credit as part of your sales strategy, Removing and Editing registered numbers can be de-activated preventing clients continually opening new accounts with the same CLI.
The main screen allows clients to view their Registered numbers and PIN numbers. Each CLI is issued with a unique PIN on creation. Used in conjunction with their account number it allows account holders to charge calls to that CLI when not phoning from that number or they block CLIs.
