Citrus provide termination of different grades to suit customer and service requirements, ranging from highest quality PTT routing for GSM SIM card or business services through to Premium for call-back and Wholesale for calling card type applications.
For Facilities Management customers we can be one of the carriers used for outbound call termination with our customers controlling what destinations are sent to Citrus by means of the self management of LCR tables. The type/quality of termination can be selected and, if required, customers can have access to all three levels of quality.
PTT termination supports roaming, CLI and DTMF transmission and is especially suitable for GSM SIM based services and business offerings. Premium termination is suited to the demands of call-back services and wholesale being the lowest cost offering is best suited to calling card and call-though type applications.
