This Web Site (the "Site") is owned and operated by Citrus Telecommunications Ltd.

The Web Site, CitrusCall, and the Citrus Telecommunications Network may only be used for lawful purposes.  The transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulations is prohibited.

This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or intellectual property right used without proper authorisation and material that is obscene or defamatory or constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.  The term ‘Material’ also applies to conversations and the use of Citrus Telecommunications services or resources to transmit information in any manner.

Intellectual Property

All images, text, programs, and other materials on this Web Site are the property of Citrus Telecommunications Ltd or our licensors or system vendors and are protected by appropriate copyright laws.

You may retrieve and display Content from the Web Site on a computer screen.  You may also print individual pages (but not photocopy them) and store pages in electronic form on disk (but not on a server or other storage device connected to a network).  Printing and storing such information is restricted to Your personal non-commercial use.   Any commercial use of the images, text, programs or other materials found on the Web Site is prohibited without the prior express written consent of Citrus Telecommunications Ltd.

The names ‘Citrus Telecommunications Ltd’ and ‘CitrusCall’ ‘CitrusSqueeze’ ‘Citrus Broadband’ Citrus Internet’ Citrus Net’ and all other names and brands on the Web Site, together with all the symbols and logos are all trade marks of Citrus Telecommunications Ltd and may not be used without prior written consent from Citrus Telecommunications Ltd.

Citrus Telecommunications Ltd (and our vendors and operating partners) also holds intellectual property rights and possible patents in respect of the technology behind CitrusCall, the application of CitrusCall, and the integration of VoIP with PSTN and mobile telephony.
